5. Warranty
ASG Shading provides a structural warranty on all pergola installations. The specific warranty terms, duration and coverage will be detailed in your project documentation. Our warranty covers:

- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications

- Damage caused by extreme weather events beyond design specifications
- Issues arising from non-compliance with maintenance guidelines
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
6. Payment Terms

- Progress payments may be required during the project
- Final payment is due upon completion of installation
- We accept bank transfer and other methods as agreed
7. Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made in writing to info@asgshading.com.au
- Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or fabrication has commenced
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this clause
8. Intellectual Property
